First Day
I drove 35-40 minutes to Grant's Lick Elementary. I was 30 minutes early because I didn't check my email. When I got there I found out that my teacher was out that day for a meeting. So then I had to wait 30 more minutes for my tour. I did however get to see my teachers classroom. She has a very interesting classroom, it is all done in a lighthouse theme. I didnt get to meet the children though. I am excited to get to meet my teacher and the students.

I'm glad that you arrived 30 minutes early - its very professional to arrive early to meetings. Why is the room decorated in an lighthouse theme? What lesson ideas would this inspire? Keep up the good posting.
Yeah I would like to know why its decorated in a lighthouse theme as well??? That stinks that you arrived so much earlier than you had to, but I would rather be early than late. How much further is Grants Lick than Riley? Is it just down the road further?
